Councilman Dennis Zine and Gerald Fecht - Tarzana Community Center - December 9, 2007A decade apart in their graduations from Notre Dame High School, in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles City Councilman and Gerald Fecht work continually to bring about positive change in the San Fernando Valley. Zine, a former Los Angeles Police Officer represents the West San Fernando Valley and Fecht serves as the president of fledgling Museum of the San Fernando Valley. This photograph was taken at the Tarzana Community Center, where Dennis Zine had just presented a commendation to Center volunteers for making a community based center a reality.
