ED ECKLUND IN THE "SHOW ME" STATE

Greetings from the great state of Missouri. I moved here in 1959 shortly after graduation. Since then I have done several things including owning several variety stores and a grocery store (which did not last when Wal-mart kicked in big time). I then turned to accounting and have been doing it for many years. In March 2006 I semi-retired and now only do it part time.

I have only been back to California one time in these last 48 years and that was many years ago. I am looking forward to coming to the reunion very much. When I did get back to CA I went by the school and that brought back many great memories.

My very best friend in high school was Bob Metzger. I did get to see him when I was in CA, but since have lost track of him. At that time he was a professor at San Diego State and had wife and 2 sons. I wish we could hook up at the reunion if we can find him.

I have been married to my wife Janice for 40 years and we have 4 grown children, 1 girl and 3 boys. I have 4 grandchildren ages 2 to 10 and life is good.
