A 1950s Review for ND Classmates
Shel Weisbach, the popular culture chair for The Museum of the San Fernando suggested that I send this website along to my NDHS classmates.
You (and/or your other half) may find this an enjoyable (and pleasant
escape from reality) . . ..
Happy Holidays,
Shel

A MUSICAL NOTE FROM TONY FADALE
Brother Dunston as Handel Composing
Bill, Lynn and I went to a performance of Handel's Messiah last night and we were surprised to see Msgr. Brennan, Roger Brennan's brother and the priest that said our Mass before our reunion, as part of the choir. He is a great singer. Here is what the program said about him:
Msgr. Joe is a natural born singer...Msgr. is featured on a best selling CD entitled, "Rejoice in Hope"...
He sang a couple of solo parts for the performance and he was great! We saw him afterwards and said hi.

ON THE LOOKOUT FOR LEO G. WHITAKER
Leo G. Whitaker - Notre Dame High School Yearbook 1957 - Archives of The Museum of the San Fernando Valley
Nearly half of our classmates who attended the 50th Reunion of the Class of 1957 asked me about Leo Whitaker. No one in our class understood, or had a greater interest in the media than Leo. Most of us believed that he would someday be a famous newspaper man.
